We are inviting candidates for the position of: E-Commerce Growth Manager We are seeking a eCommerce Growth Manager – Future GenUI Experience to drive conversion, customer engagement, and digital growth across our client’s ecommerce platform. This role is ideal for a data-driven growth professional who combines strong analytical thinking with a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences. The successful candidate will own the Conversion Rate Optimization strategy and roadmap, identify optimization opportunities through customer insights and experimentation, and work closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to improve business performance through UX, personalization, and data-driven decision making. Beyond today's responsibilities, this role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the next evolution of our client’s digital platform. As we embark on the next phase of our transformation towards a Generative UI (GenUI)-enabled experience, the eCommerce Growth Manager will play a key role in defining how AI can create more intelligent, personalized, and adaptive customer journeys. We are looking for someone with hands-on exposure to GenAI or AI tools, who is excited to experiment with emerging technologies and translate them into real business impact. This position also provides a clear growth path into a Digital Growth & Strategy role, helping define the future AI and customer experience strategy for our client’s brand.com. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Growth & Conversion Optimization Own and drive the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) roadmap across digital platforms. Analyze customer journeys, conversion funnels, and behavioral data to identify growth opportunities. Develop hypotheses and execute optimization initiatives to improve conversion, engagement, and revenue. Lead A/B and multivariate testing programs and translate results into actionable recommendations. Monitor and report on key KPIs including traffic quality, conversion rate, average order value, and customer engagement. 2. Customer Experience & Journey Optimization Evaluate end-to-end customer journeys and identify friction points that impact business performance. Partner with UX/UI, content, marketing, and development teams to enhance digital experiences. Champion customer-centric design principles while balancing business objectives. Recommend improvements to navigation, content, personalization, and onsite experiences. 3. AI & Future GenUI Innovation Explore and identify practical applications of Generative AI and emerging technologies to improve customer experiences and operational efficiency. Develop concepts and business cases for future GenUI experiences, including: Personalized customer journeys, AI-assisted recommendations, Conversational experiences, Dynamic and adaptive interfaces and Intelligent content generation Stay abreast of AI and digital experience trends and recommend innovative initiatives for future implementation. 4. Data Analytics & Insights Leverage analytics platforms to understand customer behavior and identify optimization opportunities. Translate complex data into meaningful business insights and strategic recommendations. Develop insights and performance reports to communicate progress and business impact of tests and CRO initiatives. Work closely with analytics team to identify opportunities, test hypothesis to drive acquisition, engagement, and conversions. 5. Cross-functional Leadership & Strategy Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Publishing, Ecommerce, Analytics and development teams. Present recommendations and business cases to senior management through compelling storytelling and data-driven narratives. Support the development of long-term digital growth, personalization, and AI strategies. Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and innovation within the team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, UX, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI, CRO, or customer experience design, preferably within D2C ecommerce.
