Online Marketing & E-Commerce Sales Executive Working Days: 6 Days per Week Location: Singapore (East) Job Responsibilities Manage and operate e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company website. Update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotional campaigns. Monitor online orders and coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams. Respond to customer enquiries and provide excellent after-sales support. Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness. Analyze sales performance and prepare regular sales reports. Manage social media content and online advertising campaigns. Requirements Experience managing Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online advertising. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to speak, read, and write Chinese will be an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office and e-commerce platform tools. Responsible, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred.
