Resident Engineer (Re)

JobResponsibilities Lead and manage a team of Technical Supervisors on site to ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. Report directly to the C&S Qualified Person (QP) and Project Manager on site progress, quality, safety, and technical matters. Coordinate closely with regulatory authorities, consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to resolve site issues and ensure timely project completion. Supervise and inspect structural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and statutory requirements. Identify, document, and follow up on non-conforming works, ensuring timely rectification by contractors. Oversee and coordinate Civil & Structural (C&S), Architectural, and Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) site supervision activities to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor site progress, workmanship, and construction quality while ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety requirements. Provide technical guidance and leadership to site supervisors to maintain high standard of supervision and project delivery.
