Qaqc Engineer

Responsibilities: Conduct quality inspections at precast manufacturing plants in Malaysia to ensure precast components comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor and control the quality of construction works to ensure compliance with project specifications, relevant codes, and regulatory requirements. Carry out inspections, quality checks, and testing activities for ongoing construction works. Attend inspections and coordinate closely with Resident Engineers (RE), Resident Technical Officers (RTO), consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues. Prepare and maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, test reports, non-conformance reports (NCR), and other quality documentation. Monitor corrective and preventive actions to ensure timely closure of quality issues. Ensure all materials and workmanship meet project quality standards and client requirements. Follow management instructions and undertake additional duties as assigned to support project quality objectives.
