About this role

Responsibilities: Support the event coordination, administrative and logistics for fundraising campaigns such as CCF Walk of Hope and Hope Train. Support the planning, coordination, and execution of volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives. Educate the public by conducting awareness talks in schools and engaging the community through outreach booths. Analysis of donor trends and updating of data in the Donor Stewardship model. Provide administrative and operational duties effectively and efficiently, which may include and not limited to preparation of event briefs, memorandum of agreements, procurement, logistical and data management. Provide administrative and logistical support for CCF's 35th Anniversary celebrations, including vendor coordination, quotation sourcing and managing administrative matters. Consolidate and update the Partnerships database to ensure accurate data management, tracking and reporting for partnership engagements. To perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to the role. Requirements: Possess Diploma in Business, Marketing or Events Management. Past Experience in Customer Service, fundraising or stakeholder management will be advantageous. Fluent in English, both written and spoken, and preferably another language including Mandarin, Malay, Tamil or any other dialect commonly used in Singapore. May be required to work on weekends (time-off will be granted for official duties after office hours). A pleasant disposition and alignment with CCF’s Vision and Mission.
