About this role
Job Descriptions: Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and offboarding. Support in recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and reference checks. Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, liaise with MOM, and coordinate dormitory arrangements. Manage employee benefits, insurance, medical claims and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS. Maintain employees’ attendance and leave records to ensure compliance with company policies and payroll requirements. Support performance management and appraisal processes. Assist in grievance handling, disciplinary actions and counselling sessions in accordance with company direction and government regulations. Coordinate training and development programmes to support business and career growth. Organise company events and employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture. Ensure compliance with employment law and regulation by proactively identifying and addressing potential risks. Support HR digitalization initiatives to improve workflow efficiency. Perform any other HR & administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements: Diploma or higher Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. 2-3 years of relevant experiences is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Info-Tech is an advantage. Meticulous, high level of confidentiality and professionalism 5 day working week.
