Architectural Coordinator (Condominium/Commercial)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Architectural Coordinator to join our technical team. This role will support design coordination, site execution, and technical documentation to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Design & Technical Coordination Review and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications Identify design conflicts and liaise with consultants and contractors to resolve issues promptly Ensure compliance with project design intent, specifications, and construction standards Project Support Monitor progress of architectural works on-site and report any deviations or issues Assist in the preparation of method statements, technical reports, and work schedules Support site inspections and quality control activities to ensure workmanship standards are met Documentation & Records Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and approvals Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and project handover documentation Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and authority requirements Team Collaboration Coordinate closely with MEP, structural, and other project disciplines Attend coordination meetings and provide technical input when required Support senior architectural staff in design optimization and value engineering initiatives Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Degree in Architecture or a related field At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction or architectural coordination Good understanding of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction methods Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with BIM and coordination tools will be an advantage Why Join Us Opportunity to work on diverse and high-impact mixed-development projects Collaborative and supportive team environment Exposure to full project lifecycle from design to completion
