Tender & Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities Market Research & Intelligence Maintain and update departmental records, project trackers, and client databases to ensure easy access to historical data. Conduct thorough market research by gathering and organizing relevant information on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging project opportunities in Singapore. Analyze data related to labor, material costs, and government land sales (GLS) to support strategic decision-making. Client & Partner Engagement Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with key clients, consultants, joint venture partners, and other stakeholders to foster long-term business growth. Assist in organizing and preparing for client meetings, presentations, and site visits, ensuring a professional representation of the company. Act as a point of contact for partner queries during the pre-qualification and tender stages Reporting & Documentation Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation for management review and HQ reporting requirements. Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, tender success rates, and feedback from clients to refine future bidding strategies Assist in drafting comprehensive reports on business development activities and market findings in Singapore. Tender Coordination & Process Management Assist in project-oriented business development activities, with a primary focus on the end-to-end coordination of tender preparation. Monitor internal submission processes, ensuring that all documentation, pricing inputs, and compliance checks are completed accurately and submitted before strict deadlines Liaise with technical, commercial, and legal teams to track the progress of bids and facilitate the timely execution of deliverables. Job Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data organization, analysis, and basic calculations. Detail-oriented, patient, and meticulous, with strong summarization skills. Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Good communication and coordination skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a structured environment. Eager and patient to learn and grow progressively.
