Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities: Handle daily accounting and finance operations, including project-related financial activities. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports. Take responsibility for accounting reporting and financial data submission through the Headquarters’ financial systems. Liaise with the China Headquarters on financial, accounting and reporting matters. Assist in the compilation and analysis of project financial data, costs and budgets. Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, including preparation of audit schedules and supporting documents. Maintain proper documentation, accounting records and filing systems. Perform other finance-related duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned. Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience. Experience in the construction will be an advantage. Experience in preparing financial statements and handling external audits. Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently. Good communication and coordination skills. Relevant accounting or project finance experience will be an advantage. Required to work with Chinese-language systems, documentation, and business communications provided by the China headquarters. Working Location: One Changi City (Nearby Expo MRT)
