Archi/C&S BIM Modeller

Job Description: Responsible for tasked BIM Modelling works and shopdrawings required by the projects and relevant submissions. Prepare Achi/C&S drawings & BIM modelling accurately according to the instructions/directions from the PM/PD for construction or building works. Ensure that BIM models are delivered in quality, due diligence and timely manner. Identify any discrepancies occurred for BIM models during the design stage. Provide onsite support for all matters relating to the BIM models with actual construction progress. Building Architecture: Develop detailed 3D models of buildings and structures using BIM software (such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or AutoCAD Architecture). Mechanical & Electrical Services: Create detailed models of mechanical, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, and electrical, including power distribution, lighting, communication, and security systems). Perform any other duties as and when required. Requirements & Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Architecture/M&E Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent. Certificate in BIM modelling on operational level. Able to work independently as well as a good team player. Able to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment. Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and maintain strict confidentiality of information. Preferably experiences specializing in Engineering-Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent. Proven experience or records for project involved for the relevant works.
