Quantity Surveyor

Job Description: Assists in tender preparation, analysis, and evaluation. Prepares tender bid for Management’sapproval. Contract administration of secured projects. Responsible to prepare necessarydocumentations from shortlisting to the award of subcontracts; the process includes evaluation, comparison, and recommendation. Preparation and submission of progress claims to clients. Evaluate and prepare progress payments to subcontractors/suppliers/service providers. Liaison with client or consultant’sQuantity Surveyors. Maintain constant liaison with project staff, especially the Project Director. Monitor records and manage all variation orders. Provide necessary documentation for the preparation of final accounts with the client/subcontractors/suppliers/service providers. Always ensure confidentiality and safeguards of controlled documents. Possess the ability to negotiate with the client’s Quantity Surveyors during final accounts and/or as and when any variation order arises. Job Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or other related disciplines. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word Excels. Proficiency in PDF measurement or any other measurement software will be an added advantage. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
