Tunnel Manager

Responsibilities: Manage and lead team of engineers and supervisors to oversee daily tunneling activities. Carry out TBM MMP to ensure detailed drawings meet the requirements and specifications output. Monitor and track site progress, manpower mobilization and equipment deployment. Plan, control, manage and coordination of TBM tunnelling activities. Review geotechnical data and plan ahead tunnelling works to ensure smooth tunnel progress. Evaluate and review work procedures and method statements for TBM tunneling projects. Interface, coordination and plan construction activities in accordance with construction schedules with TBM manufacturers and contractors. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Preferably with a Degree in Civil Engineering and above or equivalent. Minimum 10 years of TBM experience in managing various ground conditions of similar scale, complexity and nature of work. Demonstrable experience in managing detailed design, selection and evaluation of tunnelling methods including curve-jacking. Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM software is an added advantage. Able to work as a team, assertive, independent, and proactive. 6 days work week
