Project Director

Job Responsibilities Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of property development projects in Singapore. Manage projects throughout the full development cycle, including feasibility studies, design development, tendering, construction, TOP, and project completion. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved. Monitor project progress, budget, quality, safety, and timelines. Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with relevant statutory regulations, industry standards, and company requirements. Provide strategic leadership and guidance to project teams. Prepare project reports and present updates to senior management. Foster strong collaboration with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery. Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline. Proven experience managing property development projects in Singapore . Experience in residential developments such as Executive Condominium (EC), HDB, Condominium, or other residential projects is highly preferred. Strong understanding of Singapore's property development process, relevant regulations, and project delivery requirements. Demonstrated leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects. Excellent project management, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Able to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
