Senior Architectural Coordinator

Job Description: Attend technical meeting / site meetings with consultants and provide technical solutions Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works Supervise the progress of architectural works on site Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Architect or equivalent 5-8 years relevant working experience in Architectural coordination Preferably with experience in hospital projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills
