Senior Structural Engineer - Condo

Responsibilities: Design, analysis and plan for Civil & Structural engineering works Prepare design calculations, drawings and carry out Authority submissions Responsible for timely submission of plans and reports to Consultant and Authorities To coordinate & liaise with consultant, sub-con and other trades eg M&E and architectural for projects specifications & other technical issues To assist in project coordination and oversee of all structural/Civil works on site and ensure all related activities are carried out as per drawings Attend meetings inclusive technical meetings (not withstanding to minutes down the meeting if necessary) and site walks during the construction phase of project Keep track of test reports, tests, ST, Green Mark scheme and constructability scheme Document control and compilation accordance to company ISO standard Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering / Building Min 5 years of structural coordinator experience in A1 Main Construction and large scale project, preferably in condominium project Good knowledge of Structural specifications & requirements Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive & able to meet tight deadlines Preference will be given to those who can commence immediately
