Senior Architectural Coordinator

Job Description: Attend technical meeting/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works; Supervise the progress of architectural works on site Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule Requirements: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Architect or equivalent 5 years relevant working experience in Architectural coordination; relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale and complexity, and of high-rise buildings of at least 100m height. Experienced in managing interfaces for design and construction of high-rise building and projects within/adjacent to railway protection zones and shall also be familiar with the design approval process and TFP / TOP process. The Project Coordinator (Architecture) shall ensure all architectural works including interior design works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications including interface details with Interfacing Contractors as per Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM) and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
