Part Time Airline Assistant

Responsibilities Sales & Customer Support: Responding to Ticketing/reservation/E-commerce Sales and administrative routine portfolio matter. Promptly and professionally handle walk-in, incoming calls and emails for general enquiries. Handle all international and domestic ticketing queries Handle Airlines Sky-pearl Club membership queries and response. Responsible on relationships and customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills Customer Service ensuring customer satisfaction with a product or service. E-commerce Support: Assisting with tasks related to online sales, include assisting with email marketing, website management, and other digital marketing initiatives. Assist in other duties assigned by Department Manager Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum Diploma holder or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and agents Customer-oriented attitude with a positive and professional approach
