Architectural Supervisor

Job Description & Requirements Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site Work. Coordinate and oversee all Structural / Architectural works on site Monitor and coordinate the works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problem on site Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building Architecture from a recognized institution Min 3 years of local working experience in residential building projects Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry
