What you will be doing Responsible for all beverages concerned inclusive of daily purchases of stock and daily sales; Setting the tables and assisting the Captain in seating the members/guests; Greet, present menu to members/guests and take orders; Serves food according to service procedure; Bar station to be ready upon arrival of the first member/guest for service; Report to the supervisor any discrepancy when happens; Ensure total cleanliness in bar areas inclusive of storage, sink, floor, glasses, etc; Recommend and introduce drinks to members/guests to promote sales for the bar; To handle and set up bar services station for banquets and meetings if required; Maintain and upkeep good personal hygiene and sanitation according to food handlers’ requirements as well as high work and safety standards in the workplace; Report on time, in proper uniform and grooming; Any other duties as assigned from time to time by management. What we are looking for Preferably with working experience in the related field; Proficiency in basic oral English, and another language is a plus (to liaise with the English & Mandarin-speaking associates); Great team player and customer service oriented; Willing to learn and adapt to various line positions; A valid Basic Food Hygiene certificate is a must; Candidates with experience in F&B will be considered for the Captain position; Able to perform split shift duties on a 6-day work week.
