Job Scope: Deliver exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, personalised service, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages professionally, and responding promptly to guest needs and feedback. Maintain strong product knowledge of menu offerings, beverages, promotions, and dining concepts to confidently assist guests and enhance their overall experience. Ensure smooth restaurant operations by maintaining service readiness, processing POS transactions accurately, upholding cleanliness standards, and supporting banquet, event, and in-room dining services when required. Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and service teams while adhering to food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards to ensure seamless operations and a positive guest experience. Job Requirements: Relevant experience in a similar role within hospitality, F&B or related industries preferred. Good knowledge of operational procedures, quality standards and workplace safety practices. Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
