Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle POS transactions Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drinks, food items, and promotions Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed Follow health, safety, and food-handling regulations Work collaboratively with team members during busy shifts Open and/or close the café according to schedule requirements Consistently create latte art Provide customer feedback to managers if any. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Minimum "N' or "O' level, Professional Certificate or any other related discipline to Food & Beverage Services Management 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in hospitality or F&B Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reporting to work punctually, as and when roster assigned Ability to work independently under minimal supervision with team-oriented Customer-oriented and service focus Good knowledge in various types of coffee and tea Able to work 6 days’ work week Food & Hygiene certificate
