Technical Officer

A leading provider of offshore marine assets and services providing offshore support services such as offshore construction support, towing, anchor-handling, supply of deck, liquid and dry bulk cargoes and field support services. Administrative Support: Support offshore marine operations by managing vesseldocumentation, facilitating communication among stakeholders, monitoringproject budgets, and assisting project management to ensure efficient andcompliant offshore support services. Responsibilities Prepare and update vessel documents, reports, and correspondence to maintain accurate records for operational and compliance purposes Maintain proper documentation to support audits and compliance reviews effectively Act as a liaison between Superintendents, managers, vessel Captains, and stakeholders to ensure clear and timely communication Track and follow up on action items and deliverables to support project progress and stakeholder alignment Monitor project budgets by processing invoices and tracking resource allocation to ensure financial control Manage multiple administrative tasks and maintain documentation efficiently to support offshore operations Apply project management methodologies, including use of Gantt charts, risk matrices, and scheduling tools, to assist in project coordination Utilize project management software, spreadsheets, and document management systems to organize and report project data Communicate clearly and professionally in written and verbal formats to engage stakeholders and report project status Anticipate potential issues and proactively support the project manager in resolving challenges to maintain project momentum Required competencies and certifications : Diploma in Marine engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Offshore & Sustainable engineering Strong proficiency in Microsoft OfficeApplications Meticulous and organise individuals who are ableto meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
