Aem Technical Lead

Job Overview We are looking for an experienced AEM Technical Lead to lead the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise digital platforms built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) . This role will provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in AEM development, deployment, cloud technologies, system integration, and enterprise content management. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Review solution architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices. Collaborate with solution architects and business stakeholders to define technical approaches and implementation strategies. AEM Development Design and develop reusable AEM components, templates, workflows, dialogs, and services. Develop custom features using Java, Sling Models, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), and JCR. Configure and customize AEM Sites, Assets, and Content Fragments. Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to development standards. Deployment & DevOps Lead deployment planning and release activities across development, testing, staging, and production environments. Manage AEM package deployments using CI/CD pipelines. Support deployment automation using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Adobe Cloud Manager. Perform deployment validation, rollback planning, and post-release verification. Coordinate release activities with infrastructure, security, and application teams.
