Job Description Position Title: Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter Working Location: 15 Yishun Industrial St 1 #09-21 Win5 Singapore 768091 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm (Saturday, 9am – 1pm) Employment Type: Permanent We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter to support both cost management and technical drawing works for construction and interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling quantity surveying duties as well as preparing technical drawings to support project execution. Key Responsibilities Quantity Surveying Duties Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations Assist in tender submissions and cost analysis Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts Monitor project costs and budget control Assist in contract administration and procurement processes Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers Maintain proper documentation of project cost and contractual records Drafting / Technical Duties Prepare detailed 2D drawings for construction and interior fit-out works Revise drawings based on project requirements and site conditions Coordinate drawings with project and site teams Ensure all drawings comply with design specifications and standards Assist in preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings Support project team with technical sketches and layout plans Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in QS and/or drafting roles Experience in Interior Fit-Out / Construction projects is an advantage Must have experience in carpentry tender works (advantage) Proficient in AutoCAD (mandatory) Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration Able to read and interpret technical drawings Good attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently Good communication and coordination skills Preferred Skills Quantity Surveying AutoCAD Drafting Cost Estimation Tendering Contract Administration Variation Works Final Accounts Interior Fit-Out Projects Site Coordination Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV to gentel@chongwu.sg
