Overview Country Visual Merchandising (VM) Manager at Dior drives brand image bycreating compelling, high-end in-store displays, window installations, andproduct arrangements that align with global guidelines. They ensure consistencyacross product categories, manage floor sets, and support business strategy throughluxury presentation. Job responsibilities Visual Merchandising Implementation - Conceptualize, implement & adapt visual display guidelines in accordance with Central and Zone’s guidelines and specify to market needs - Collaborate with retail to factor in business needs into the visual display and at the same time ensure there’s elevation of image and desirability reflected in the store VM - Evaluate and elevate country VM teams' performance and work quality to ensure the results meet the standards of the brand and in accordance with VM guidelines - Lead and set visual displays standards for window projects, key-events, keystore opening setups, renovations, and product launches in collaboration with Merchandising & Retail team - Oversee in-store merchandising & window display to ensure accordance with Central and Zone’s directives and standards - Oversee and optimize VM props usage and maintenance Team Management and Development - Identifying employees with VM strengths within the network - Train and facilitate orientation of new Visual Leaders - Set visual expectations, and proactively manage performance against expectations - Coach, train, motivate and develop visual team members to the best of their abilities to support strong succession planning Operational Management - Budget and Expense management according to Global &Regional directions and strategy - VM materials purchasing and inventory management through quality, time and cost control - Vendor management by regular bidding (minimum half a year), provide technical guidelines, monitor production quality and execution in the store and the event projects. - Build VM database including photo reports, store data, OPEX data, VM props inventory data. Profile - At least 8 years of relevant work experience in luxury retail environment and with regional exposure - Strong interpersonal & communication skills with high sensitivity towards fashion and trends - Analytical mindset with commercial creativity to drive sales - Strong computer skills - High proficiency in Adobe applications & MS office - Excellent organization, planning & problem-solving skills - Positive, self-initiative, a team player & willing to learn - Highly adaptable and flexible to accept new ideas and procedures - Ability to multi-task and work with tight timeline
