Visual Merchandising Executive

Position : Visual Merchandising Executive Location : Eunos Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – 9.00AM to 6.00PM Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 Basic + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits Duration : Perm Industry : Retail Solutions for International Brands Responsibilities: Work closely with brands to execute visual merchandising projects in line with brand identity and seasonal campaigns. Serve as the main liaison with brands’ VM teams to ensure compliance with guidelines and expectations. Maintain consistent branding and visual standards across multiple regions. Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective execution. Coordinate with local partners on permits, manpower, onsite setup, and completion reporting. Oversee smooth onsite execution and resolve operational issues when needed. Provide daily communication updates and weekly WIP reports to brands. Assist the Director with project coordination and related duties. Requirements: Relevant experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry. Strong aesthetic sense with good awareness of beauty and retail trends. Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines. Familiar with retail display tools, technical drawings, layouts, or related software. Flexible to work beyond regular hours, including weekends when required. Willing to travel for project execution.
