About this role
Job Description: 1. Arrange and prepare material and packaging material for daily production; 2. Assist for the whole process of production – labelling of bottles, filling, carrying and moving of products; 3. Cleaning up and maintaining of the working places and maintaining the good condition of the machines/asset of the department; 4. In-charge of the whole documentation, recording, updating, issuance, maintenance & etc, from pre-weight till handover of goods to warehouse; 5. Support internal audit and external audit for cGMP; 6. Sourcing, email enquiry to raw material supplier on quotation and stock availability (if raw material is obsolete, to source alternative and do pre-test before purchasing the raw material); 7. Assist in coaching and guidance to new employees; 8. Assist in raising purchase requisition of raw material, planning production schedule in advance with Management based on inventory stock level; 9. Ensure production operators, working environment and manufacturing processes are in line with the SOP; 10. Work as a team to ensure production is running smooth and learn from preparation to understand production operation flow, helping employees to complete the daily output; 11. Create, update and maintain SAP system; 12. Highlight, feedback or suggest during and/or after the monthly staff meeting; 13. Other projects and assignments instructed or delegated by management and director Job Requirements: - Diploma with Engineering Chemical or Chemistry background will be advantage - At least 2-3 years manufacturing work experience required - Independent thinker who acts and decides objectively and with integrity - Willing to learn new things and hands on - Excellent communication so as to provide training and coaching to team member and also to handle queries from clients/associates - GMP knowledge will be advantage - Computer literate Other information: - AWS & Variable Bonus - Medical and dental benefits - Working location: Ang Mo Kio area (3 bus stops from Yio Chu Kang Interchange) - Working days: 5.5 days work week - Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm
