Warehouse Assistant

Job Description: · Ensurethe safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods; · Identityall areas of improvement and maximize productivity; · Prepareand manage the warehouse system to optimize time management; · Closelymonitor all deliveries for raw materials for production. Ensuring all stocksare arranged and delivered based on FIFO system; · Assiston incoming and outgoing cargo; · Toimplement and maintain completed detailed warehouse materials identifications; · Creatingand implement a proper materials transfer system; · Ensurethat the minimum level of parts is identified and maintained at all timed andplanning for future capacity requirements; · Prepareand support production department for withdrawing the raw material/ packagingmaterial based on stock out request form and BMR List; · Conductphysically monthly inventories cycle counts and audit; · Youare required to provide monthly inventory reports on the level of raw material,packaging material and finished goods by end of the month (last day of themonth); finished goods inventory list will need to provide once managementrequest; · Youare also required to ensure health, safety, cleanliness and security of thewarehouse/ receiving and distribution goods area at all times; · Fillingand arranging of documents; · Otherprojects and assignments which instructed or delegate by management and Supervisor. Job Requirements: · Candidate must possess at least Secondary, O Level · Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word, Computer literate · At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field · Forklift License will be advantage · Able to do manual job and independent Other information: · AWS& Variable Bonus · Medical and dental benefits · Working location: Ang Mo Kio area (3 bus stops from Yio Chu Kang Interchange) · Working days: 5.5 days’ work week · Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm
