Job Responsibilities / 工作职责 Assist in planning and executing marketing activities to promote company products and services. 协助策划及执行营销活动，以推广公司产品及服务。 Conduct market research and collect customer feedback to understand market trends and customer needs. 进行市场调研并收集客户反馈，以了解市场趋势及客户需求。 Assist in developing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media content, and promotional messages. 协助制作营销资料，包括宣传册、传单、社交媒体内容及推广文案。 Manage and update company social media platforms and assist in online marketing campaigns. 管理及更新公司社交媒体平台，并协助线上营销推广活动。 Communicate with customers, business partners, and suppliers to support marketing and promotional activities. 与客户、商业伙伴及供应商沟通，支持营销及推广活动。 Assist in organizing promotional events, roadshows, exhibitions, and other marketing activities when required. 根据需要协助组织促销活动、路演、展会及其他营销活动。 Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare basic reports for management review. 跟进营销活动效果，并准备基本报告供管理层参考。 Support sales and customer service teams by providing marketing information and promotional support. 为销售及客服团队提供营销资料及推广支持。 Maintain customer database and assist in follow-up with potential customers. 维护客户资料库，并协助跟进潜在客户。 Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by the company or supervisor. 完成公司或主管安排的其他营销相关工作。 Requirements / 职位要求 Relevant experience in marketing, sales support, digital marketing, customer service, or business development is preferred. 有市场营销、销售支持、网络营销、客户服务或业务开发相关经验者优先。 Basic knowledge of marketing concepts, social media platforms, and promotional activities. 具备基本营销概念、社交媒体平台及推广活动相关知识。 Good communication and interpersonal skills. 具备良好的沟通能力及人际交往能力。 Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. 能够适应快节奏工作环境，并处理多项工作任务。 Creative, responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn. 有创意、工作认真负责、吃苦耐劳，并愿意学习。 Able to work independently and as part of a team. 能够独立工作，也能与团队良好配合。 Working Conditions / 工作条件 Working Hours: As per company schedule 工作时间：根据公司排班安排
