📢 Job Advertisement – Senior Production Associate（生产助理 / 生产协调） Company: Food Manufacturing Company (Sauce Production) Location: Singapore Position: Senior Production Associate / Production Associate 职位：高级生产助理 / 生产协调员 Job Description / 工作内容： Assist in daily food production operations in central kitchen / factory 协助中央厨房/工厂日常生产工作 Prepare ingredients (cutting, washing, weighing) and support cooking process 负责原材料处理及协助酱料制作 Operate basic production equipment and ensure smooth workflow 操作基础生产设备并确保生产流程顺畅 Coordinate and guide junior workers on daily production tasks 协调及指导初级员工完成日常生产任务 Monitor production output and report issues to supervisor / management 监督生产进度，并向管理层汇报问题 Packing, labelling and storage of finished products 成品包装、贴标及存储 Ensure compliance with SFA hygiene and WSH safety standards 确保符合食品安全及工作安全规范 Requirements / 职位要求： Able to perform manual work and stand for long hours 能接受体力工作及长时间站立 Comfortable working in hot and humid kitchen environment 能适应高温厨房环境 Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays 能接受轮班、周末及公共假期 Able to lead a small team and coordinate daily production work 具备带领小团队及协调工作的能力 Prior experience in food manufacturing / central kitchen preferred 有食品工厂或中央厨房经验优先 Responsible, disciplined and able to follow SOP 有责任心，能执行标准流程 Working Hours / 工作时间： 6 days per week Rotating shifts (including night shift when required) 每周6天，需轮班（包含夜班） Staff meals provided 提供工作餐
