B2B Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities: Manage and develop assigned B2B customer accounts to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities Develop, negotiate, and execute customer-specific promotion and sales plans to meet business objectives Collaborate with Marketing on promotion campaigns, product launches, and customer activation plans Coordinate with Supply Chain and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions, launches, and deliveries Monitor sales performance, customer demand, and market trends, and recommend actions to grow revenue Prepare sales reports and support forecasting and account planning Required Skills: Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in food sales industry. Possess minimum Diploma in Business Administration or relevant course. Ability to articulate product and/or value offerings. Good in computer skills, particularly excel skills. Ability to gather and use data to make inform decision making and persuade others. Proven skills to communicate, present and influence credibly and efficiently to external and internal partners. Positive, motivated attitude. Ability to work independently, effectively managing time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines.
