Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all phases of assigned marine projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery Liaise with operations, procurement, and finance teams to gather information, resolve issues, and maintain project progress Monitor project milestones, budgets, and resources, providing regular updates to project managers and stakeholders Identify risks, implement contingency plans, and recommend process improvements to enhance project outcomes Maintain detailed project documentation including schedules, reports, and records Support project managers in client and vendor communications and contract negotiations Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 2-3 years of experience coordinating or managing projects, preferably in marine or engineering sectors Strong organisational and multitasking skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive, problem-solving approach Familiarity with marine industry regulations, standards, and best practices
