A renowned luxury retail brand is seeking a proactive Logistics & Inventory Executive to support end-to-end logistics operations and inventory management. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless product movement, inventory accuracy, and efficient fulfilment to support retail operations and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate import and export shipments, order processing, warehousing, and distribution activities. Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment to internal stakeholders and retail boutiques. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records and system updates. Manage shipping documentation and ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. Support inventory control procedures to maintain stock accuracy and audit readiness. Assist with process improvements, system enhancements, and operational projects. Key Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline. 2–4 years of experience in logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations. Experience coordinating import and export shipments and inventory management. Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; ERP system experience is advantageous. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
