Job Summary Join Cleanhub Facility Pte Ltd as a Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the facilities services sector. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits to expand client base Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and tender submissions to secure contracts Meet prospective clients to assess their facility management and cleaning needs and recommend appropriate service solutions Conduct site surveys to evaluate client requirements and tailor service offerings accordingly Negotiate pricing and contract terms to finalize agreements that meet company and client objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty Provide excellent after-sales service to maintain high customer satisfaction throughout contract periods Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth project mobilisation and service delivery Follow up promptly on enquiries, quotations, and outstanding proposals to close sales efficiently Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM or sales reports for performance tracking Achieve monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to company revenue growth Represent the company professionally at business meetings and networking events to enhance brand presence Perform additional duties assigned by Management to support business needs Required competencies and certifications Diploma, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification Minimum 1 year of sales experience; experience in cleaning, facilities management, pest control, or related industries is advantageous Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented to meet sales goals independently and collaboratively Strong negotiation and presentation skills to influence client decisions Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting Preferred competencies and qualifications Possession of a Class 3 driving license is advantageous for client site visits Skills in Sales & Business Development to identify and convert leads Customer Relationship Management to maintain client satisfaction and retention Tender and Quotation Preparation to support contract acquisition Presentation Skills to deliver compelling sales pitches Time Management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Problem Solving to address client concerns and operational challenges Other Information Working Hours Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Salary SGD 2,500 – SGD 3,500 per month (depending on experience) Attractive Commission Scheme Available What We Offer Competitive basic salary Attractive sales commission Annual bonus Career progression opportunities Training and professional development Supportive working environment Company mobile phone and transport reimbursement (where applicable)
