Retail Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities: Assist walk-in customers in recommending products according to customers’ needs and answering customers’ queries. Provide high standard of customer service to customers. Provide professional advice and solutions to customers. Demonstrate strong product knowledge when explaining contact lens features and care. Strive to increase sales revenue in the shop Promote and upsell / cross sell contact lenses and related products to achieve sales targets. Perform cashiering duties. Manage inventory, including receiving, replenishing and tracking stocks in the shop. Maintain a neat and visually appealing store display, and a clean and organized environment. Any other ad hoc duties. Job Requirements Minimum higher secondary/A Level/college in any field Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in contact lens, cosmetic or fashion industry Positive, self-motivated and results-oriented Good communication and customer service skills Able to work retail hours, on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and on Public Holidays Store info: Location: Centrepoint, Orchard Road Opening Hours: 11 am to 8.30 pm daily 5-day work week. Basic salary + commission
