Bar Waitress

Job Summary A night bar is hiring a waiter/waitress to provide excellent customer service during evening shifts, working closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and positive guest experiences. Responsibilities Communicate clearly with customers and team members in English to take orders and provide service efficiently Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow and support each other during busy hours Demonstrate diligence and reliability by consistently performing assigned tasks throughout shifts Build positive relationships with customers to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits Preferred competencies and qualifications Ability to communicate in Chinese to assist with diverse customer needs and improve service quality Skills in public relations to engage customers and promote a welcoming atmosphere Other Information Working Hours: 4pm to 1 or 2am, 6 days per week
