Salesforce Project Manager

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the delivery of Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and managed services projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining service quality, and ensuring successful project outcomes using Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery while ensuring agreed service levels and project objectives are achieved. Facilitate regular project meetings, provide status updates, and prepare project reports for stakeholders. Manage Agile delivery activities, including sprint planning, release planning, backlog prioritisation, and resource planning. Monitor project progress, budget utilisation, delivery schedules, and project performance metrics. Coordinate incident, problem, change, and service request activities to ensure timely resolution and continuous service improvement. Support project transitions, knowledge transfer, onboarding, and handover activities to ensure seamless service continuity. Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, organisational governance, and established project management practices. Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful project implementation and ongoing support. Promote continuous improvement in project delivery processes and Agile practices. Minimum Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of experience managing software development, system implementation, or enterprise IT projects. Minimum 2 years of experience managing Salesforce projects or Salesforce platform implementations. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks. Strong stakeholder management, communication, planning, and organisational skills. Good command of written and spoken English. Preferred Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent project management certification. Experience managing Salesforce implementation, enhancement, or managed services projects. Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, or similar enterprise CRM platforms. Experience managing projects involving service level agreements (SLAs) and vendor coordination. Familiarity with project governance, risk management, quality assurance, and secure software delivery practices. Additional Information Candidates may be required to complete project-specific onboarding and compliance requirements where applicable. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
