Job Overview We are seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to support the successful planning and delivery of enterprise IT and digital transformation projects. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, technical teams, vendors, and end users to define business requirements, coordinate project delivery, and ensure technology solutions align with business objectives. This role requires strong business analysis, stakeholder management, project coordination, documentation, and problem-solving capabilities. Experience with enterprise collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365 and SharePoint will be an advantage, but the primary focus is on business analysis and ICT project delivery. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis Gather, analyse, validate, and document business and functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement. Analyse existing business processes and recommend process improvements and digital solutions. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, process flows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, prioritised, and aligned with business objectives. Assess change requests and evaluate their impact on project scope, timeline, and resources. ICT Project Coordination Coordinate ICT projects throughout the project lifecycle from requirements gathering to implementation and post-go-live support. Support project planning, scheduling, risk management, issue tracking, and project reporting. Monitor project progress and coordinate deliverables across business users, technical teams, and external vendors. Facilitate project meetings, workshops, status updates, and stakeholder communications. Assist Project Managers in managing scope, timelines, quality, and project governance. Stakeholder Management Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, ICT teams, vendors, and management. Build strong working relationships across cross-functional teams. Communicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support vendor coordination and ensure delivered solutions meet agreed business requirements. Solution Delivery Collaborate with solution architects and development teams to translate business requirements into practical ICT solutions. Support solution evaluation, implementation planning, deployment, and change management activities. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and production readiness activities. Prepare user documentation, training materials, and operational procedures. Support end-user training and post-implementation activities to ensure successful adoption. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve business processes through technology and automation. Support digital transformation initiatives and enterprise application enhancement projects. Stay updated on emerging ICT trends, business analysis practices, Agile methodologies, and project management standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience as an ICT Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role within ICT projects. Proven experience delivering enterprise ICT or digital transformation projects. Strong experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution delivery. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects within agreed timelines. Experience working in regional or multinational environments is preferred. Excellent written and spoken English. Preferred Technical Skills Experience with enterprise applications, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, workflow automation, or similar collaboration platforms. Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Visio, or equivalent project management and documentation tools.
