Manage daily mise en place to ensure the assigned section is fully prepared before service. Ensure food quality, taste, texture, and portioning are consistent at all times. Assist with receiving, checking, storing, labeling, and rotating ingredients (FIFO). Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas. Follow food safety and hygiene standards in line with NEA / SFA / company requirements. Support smooth service by communicating effectively with the kitchen and service teams. Assist in guiding and supporting junior team members, such as Commis and trainees. Report equipment faults, low stock items, or operational issues promptly. Help minimize food wastage and adhere to portion control standards. Participate in regular cleaning duties and scheduled deep-clean activities. Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by your superior Requirements: Passion for cooking and the F&B industry. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good teamwork and communication skills.
