Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly according to service standards. Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and feedback professionally. Manage service recovery and ensure guest satisfaction at all times. Oversee daily front-of-house operations to maintain smooth and efficient service. Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate orders. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service SOPs. Lead and supervise service staff during shift operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment. Perform opening and closing duties for the outlet.
