Admin Assistant

The incumbent will be joining our team as Admin Assistant in Cogent Automotive Logistics Pte Ltd. This role will assist in supporting our vehicle storage in EPZ operations. 1. Assist in vehicle movement (EPZ) transactions 2. Maintain and update vehicle storage records, entry / exit logs, and inventory report 3. Liaise with authorities for documentation and compliance checks 4. Prepare monthly report for management and client 5. Any other duties assigned from time to time Requirements 1. Higher Nitec / Nitec /GCE “O” level 2. Minimum 1 year of experience in admin or documentation 3. Competent in MS Office 4.
