It offers warehousing, freight forwarding, container and ISO tank depot, automotive logistics, and transportation services in Singapore. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Officer at Cogent Automotive Logistics Pte Ltd . The incumbent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as processing shipping documentation, providing customer service to clients and ensuring smooth operations throughout the automotive logistics process. Responsibilities Ensure fulfilment of customers’ order Ensure deficiencies such as customers’ complaints are resolved on time and proper corrective and preventive actions are taken Identify problems and deficiencies in the services and rectify the issues faced Perform invoicing and ensure that customers are billed timely and accurately Perform shipping documentation and process import/export documents Raise reports on non-conforming services/events and recommend corrective actions for management approval before activating such actions Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time Requirements Diploma or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service/ order processing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners Competent with TradeNet is an added advantage Please indicate current salary, expected salary and the notice period you need to serve your employer in the resume Other Information Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.45pm; alternate Saturdays: 8.30am - 12.30pm 2-ways company transport @ Jurong East Lunch subsidies…
