Job Responsibilities Regional Strategy & Growth: Conduct in-depth analysis of the Southeast Asian gaming market and formulate long-term publishing roadmaps for the region; take overall ownership of Southeast Asia’s revenue and user base targets, and fuel growth in user acquisition, retention and monetization. Publishing System Establishment: Restructure end-to-end Southeast Asian publishing workflows, expand local distribution channels and emerging platforms; lead game launches and full-lifecycle management, and build HoYoverse’s brand awareness and reputation across Southeast Asia. Localized Operations & Compliance: Deliver deep localization aligned with Southeast Asian local cultures and community ecosystems; establish regional compliance frameworks, demonstrating solid knowledge of regulations including the CCPA to ensure stable and sustainable business operations. Integrated Marketing & Ecosystem Development: Align online and offline marketing resources, oversee large-scale marketing campaigns; foster partnerships with local platforms, media and other stakeholders to amplify brand influence. Team Management & Cross-functional Collaboration: Oversee regional teams across time zones and coordinate resources between headquarters and local markets; feed Southeast Asian market and user insights back into global product and operational strategies. Job Requirements A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the gaming or internet industry; candidates with proven track records of building Southeast Asian market presence from scratch and successful cross-platform/mobile game publishing launches in Southeast Asia are preferred. Deep understanding of user cultures, spending behaviors and multi-device ecosystems across key Southeast Asian markets, with strong awareness of compliance risks.
