Job Description Perform onsite visits as scheduled by Superiors, as requested by the debt recovery officers. Indicate the abnormalities of the premises on the report for updating in the collection system. To obtain and verify any latest contact information from the debtor/family members or anyone who knows the debtor. Ensure all scheduled visits are done and returned on time to comply with the banking's SLA. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned. Requirement Must have own transport (Preferably motorbike) Authorized to drive in Singapore. Lives in Singapore. *Important Note: As per Debt Collection Act 2022 commencement effective December 2023, individual involved in debt collection must be approved by Singapore Police Force (SPF). Foreigners are required to provide a copy of Good Conduct Certificate.
