System Engineer (Changi)

Job Responsibilities: Troubleshoot server issues during system failures or incidents. Provide network troubleshooting support when required. Support Windows Server OS updates and maintenance. Work with virtualisation platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V. Support Linux / Red Hat environments at command line level. Maintain and support SIRMS and VSAT systems. Generate system logs and assist with fault investigation. Support the Fault Reporting Centre by receiving calls and handling helpdesk matters. Provide bi-weekly standby phone support and go onsite when L1 support is unable to resolve the issue. Job Requirements: Experience in infrastructure, server, or system support. Working knowledge of Windows Server, Linux command line, Red Hat, VMware, and Hyper-V. Familiar with server and network troubleshooting. Comfortable checking system logs and supporting fault investigation.
