PMO Analyst

Responsibilities: Work closely with diverse stakeholders such asproject sponsors, project managers, Platform Leads, business unit controllers onproject deliverables and prioritization, eliminate bottlenecks and alignprojects with corporate objectives. Design various dashboards for different stakeholdersfor clear, data-driven storytelling style of reporting. Applied suitable project management frameworks, robustmilestone tracking, rigorous documentation, and strategic change managementpractices to ensure consistent delivery outcomes. Support and collate project financials such asbudget, actual vs forecast, submit accruals, tracks PO, invoice payments alongsideproject status and outcomes. Support and prepare the presentation slides forthe monthly Project Steering Committee (PSC). Prepare meeting minutes and follow-up on actionitems. Assist PMO office in the new staff onboarding,exits and asset management, updating project org chart, email distribution list,team member mobility, office accesses, and assist in other admin tasks. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineeringor relevant studies At least 10 years proven track record on projectmanagement methodology, milestone tracking, artefacts, documentation, andchange management practices to ensure consistent delivery outcomes for PMOoffice. At least 5 years of relevant experience on riskmanagement and compliance project with rapid digital transformation within the BFSIsector. Demonstrated experience in applying hybrid,Agile, or Waterfall frameworks customized to project complexity. High proficiency with business management tools suchas SAP, Tableau, Jira, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint Excellent communication and interpersonalskills. Strong analytical and problem-solvingcapabilities. Ability to work independently and as part of ateam in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Certified PMP (Project Management Professional) ishighly desirable.
