JobDescription Combuilder PteLtd is seeking a Digital Product Operations Executive for technical product operations, requiring expertise in platform configuration, application lifecycle management, localisation, user analytics, and content ecosystem optimisation. The candidate will work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Marketing, and Business teams to improve digital product performance and user experience across international markets. Responsibilities Manage product operations lifecycle including application onboarding, configuration, release coordination, testing validation, localisation, and post-launch optimisation. Support Smart TV, OTT, mobile application, and digital content platform operations including deployment, compatibility testing, certification, and production readiness. Coordinate technical integration of third-party applications, content services, and digital platforms. Work with Engineering and Product teams on feature enhancements, system improvements, release planning, and operational requirements. Monitor platform performance, product issues, user feedback, and operational KPIs to improve service reliability. Manage digital content operations including content onboarding, metadata management, content categorisation, and platform merchandising. Support multilingual content localisation, UI validation, digital publishing workflows, and regional content adaptation. Collaborate with global content partners and technology stakeholders to ensure content quality, compliance, and platform readiness. Apply digital publishing and audience development knowledge to improve content discovery, engagement, and user experience. Analyse product usage data, customer behaviour, engagement trends, and user feedback to identify optimisation opportunities. Develop performance reports and dashboards using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. Conduct user segmentation, funnel analysis, retention analysis, and A/B testing to support product improvements. Support user growth initiatives including onboarding optimisation, lifecycle engagement, and customer retention programmes. Support API integration, event tracking, cloud configuration, telemetry implementation, and workflow optimisation activities. Coordinate software testing, regression validation, defect tracking, and production deployment activities. Maintain technical documentation, operational SOPs, release notes, and product knowledge repositories. Collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, QA teams, UX/UI teams, and regional stakeholders to deliver scalable digital solutions. Requirements Bachelor's degree or master's qualification in Creative Writing, Publishing Technology, Digital Media, or related fields is advantageous. Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Operations, Digital Platform Operations, Content Operations, OTT Operations, Application Operations, or technology-related roles. Experience supporting digital platforms, Smart TV applications, OTT services, mobile applications, or content ecosystems. Understanding of product lifecycle management, software development processes, Agile methodology, release management, and platform operations. Experience with digital content management, metadata operations, localisation workflows, and audience engagement optimisation. Knowledge of analytics tools including Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms. Familiarity with API integrations, cloud platforms, application testing, event tracking, and digital platform technologies. Strong understanding of user behaviour analysis, content performance optimisation, and data-driven product improvements. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with engineering teams, business teams, content partners, and international stakeholders. Proficiency in English is required. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is preferred to support collaboration with Chinese technology partners and regional teams.
