About this role
The Control Engineer will be part of a team that design, test and commission electrical control systems for ACMV/HVAC systems in buildings. The candidate will work with other internal engineering teams to design the control system to meet the overall project objectives and goals. Job responsibilities: Design and develop control strategy for automation system controls for building M&E systems (ACMV) Design and draft system control logic and drawing to meet project commitments Work closely with internal teams such as mechanical design and project engineers to design effective solutions to solve engineering problems Liaise with suppliers on components selection and quotation to develop project costing Review specifications and standard practices for projects and tenders Addresses issues brought about by feedback from customers and operations teams to improve the performance of the electrical and controls system To excel in this job, the candidate will require a high level of organization, creativity, attention to detail, and engineering knowledge to successfully perform design, engineering and field start up tasks for System Integration in Electrical Controls for building M&E systems. Job requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Controls/Electronics Engineering Relevant experience/ experience in ACMV design/controls is a plus Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to prioritize and work independently to meet project timelines
