ACMV Chiller Engineer Join our dynamic chiller team to spearhead energy optimization and maintenance projects across prime locations in Singapore. Key Responsibilities · Maintenance &Operations: Support manager to plan and execute preventive/corrective maintenance for chiller systems and auxiliary equipment to meet strict SLAs. · Energy Optimization: Perform data analysis to evaluate chiller plant efficiency and implement energy-saving initiatives. · Technical Leadership: Troubleshoot complex technical issues, manage repair works, and mentor a team of technicians. · Project &Resource Management: Plan team members’ deployment schedules, procure materials within budget and prepare technical proposals/quotations. · Safety &Compliance: Prepare Risk Assessments (RA) and Method Statements (MOS) ensuring strict adherence to WSH regulations. Requirements · Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or ACMV Engineering. · Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience dealing with chillers), chilled water systems or similar equipment. · Strong analytical skills in chiller performance diagnostics. · Familiarity with BMS (Building Management Systems) is highly advantageous. · Proven track record of leading, motivating, and scheduling engineering teams. · Fluent in written and spoken English to prepare reports and interface with clients. · Resourceful, self-starter and enthusiast to learn new skills.
