Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource Intern to join our HR team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including recruitment, HR administration, employee records management, and HR systems maintenance. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in a fast-paced work environment and may be considered for conversion to a full-time HR Executive position based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and candidate communications. Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Prepare recruitment-related documents and maintain candidate records. Support onboarding activities for new hires. HR Administration Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation. Assist with attendance tracking and leave administration. Prepare HR reports, statistics, and manpower-related information. Support the administration of employee benefits and welfare programs. Handle general HR enquiries and administrative duties. HRIS & Data Management Update and maintain employee information in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data. Generate reports and perform data entry as required. General HR Support Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives. Assist with employee engagement and company events when required. Perform any other duties assigned by the HR team. Requirements Minimum GCE A-Level qualification, Diploma, or currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to handle confidential information with discretion. Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn.
